Thank you for your efforts, I just want to know if any of the lawyers mention any date of the next hearing in the high court, we need to know whether there is any standing order. Only after the next hearing will we be able to understand what would be the fate of the metro zone project. If the court had ordered an interim stay on the construction citing the reasons of Lawyer Chandrasekar, then the project will tke ages to get completed . Whatever may be the status, by this time, you would have paid a substantial amounts to the builder and you will lose some money if you cancel your booking until and unless we have evidence that Metro zone's sale deed isn't legal.Without such evidence we will not be entitled 100% refund from the builder plus the damages.
Couple of months ago, I had canceled my booking of flat P701 and had lost 3.5 Lakhs on cancellation charges, however, if metro zone fails in this legal battle, they will have to refund them back. Please check with your lawyer before you proceed any further.

This is news to me. When I last visited ozone office, I was told I will get a full refund. Can you please draw more light on them retaining 3.5 lakhs of this sum.
