Would you mind explaining the new set of information received from the lawyer Chandrasekhar’s office, as we all know one side of arguments from Metrozone. We also have metro zone owners group in Abu Dhabi and Qatar connected through Yahoo groups but it is maintained within our friends in a closed loop.

It is very nice of you to take up this issue. It is quite natural that for a property of prime importance there are many who wish to have a slice, but why should we be the Guinny pigs. However, at this juncture lets wait and watch because we cannot let go of the prime property at this price, but somehow its a gut feeling that Metrozone cannot advertise continuously canvassing for their project without being confident to solve this tangle.

Every project has a Blog running for their members to resolve issues on a continuous basis, pls keep up this and if possible a meeting for the owners should be organised at Metrozone to listen to whats going on.

It is good that you are initiating the effort. But I think that Chandrasekar is somewhat suspicious. How did he get the email ids of the clients of Metrozone? Also he has no business threatening us with a lawsuit. It is untenable.

Entering into an agreement with Metrozone does not constitute infringement of the property rights of this Parthe Bhaskar unless we actually try registering the property in our name. If the property is still under dispute, we can back out even at the 11th hour, going by the provisions of the agreement. And an agreement is not a public record. There are only 2 copies, one with each party. There is no way for a third party to verify if an agreement is in effect or voided, and the lawyer cannot use the agreement as a basis for any lawsuit against us. So this threat of a lawsuit against us is more of a scare tactic.Obviously it has worked since you have met 10 other clients at his office.

I am myself not panicking, and will wait till there is more clarity. I have a feeling this whole exercise was made by them in an attempt to extort money from Metrozone.

I have no additional infmn. We may seek a reassurance from Metrozone to the effct that the 5 odd acres of land in dispute is clearly set aside and will in no way affect the rights of purchasers now or in future

Thanks for your mail and the initiative.

Metro Zone from the beginning has informed that there is a piece of Temple land in dispute and none of the other land is in dispute. Though the response by Metro Zone is giving a little room for the doubt about the title, we have to wait and see their action on this issue.

Can you please elaborate the new set of details furnished by the Lawyer Chandrasekar for our understanding in a brief?
